Banana Smoothie

An easy recipe for a beginner smoothie maker. A fantastic beginning to your day!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Banana FRUGURT yogurt

  • 1 banana and 2 ice cubes

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

METHOD

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender.

  • Blend away!

  • Pour into a glass and drink up.
