Mango Mousse

The great thing about this recipe is that there is absolutely no oil, while FRUGURT Dahi (Unsweetened Plain yogurt) is used as the perfect substitution.


  • 450g plain wholemeal flour 

  • 1 tsp salt 

  • 1 level tablespoon sugar 

  • 1 tsp Soda Bicarb 

  • 3 cups FRUGURT Dahi - 600g(Unsweetened plain yogurt) 

  • some Sesame seeds if you like


  • Preheat oven to 200/ 400F/ Gas Mark 6.

  • Mix all dry ingredients together, then mix in about three quarters of the yogurt with your hands. 

  • Add rest of yogurt a bit at a time. 

  • Brush a baking tin with oil.

  • Make small little round balls and place in a baking tin in a line. 

  • Bake for 15 mins and then lower heat to 180/350F/ Gas Mark 4 .

  • Eat while still warm.
