Mango Mousse
The great thing about this recipe is that there is absolutely no oil, while FRUGURT Dahi (Unsweetened Plain yogurt) is used as the perfect substitution.

INGREDIENTS

450g plain wholemeal flour

1 tsp salt

1 level tablespoon sugar
-
1 tsp Soda Bicarb
-
3 cups FRUGURT Dahi - 600g(Unsweetened plain yogurt)

some Sesame seeds if you like

METHOD

Preheat oven to 200/ 400F/ Gas Mark 6.

Mix all dry ingredients together, then mix in about three quarters of the yogurt with your hands.

Add rest of yogurt a bit at a time.

Brush a baking tin with oil.

Make small little round balls and place in a baking tin in a line.

Bake for 15 mins and then lower heat to 180/350F/ Gas Mark 4 .

Eat while still warm.
