Yogurt Parfait with Frugurt

This is delicious for breakfast, as a snack or even a dessert! It looks great in a glass, but can also be made in a bowl. Use your favourite fruit, or whatever is in season.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup FRUGURT yogurt ( your choice of flavour)

  • Fruit, strawberries, blueberries, peaches.. (optional)

  • Granola

  • Cereal (optional)

  • Fruit jam or marmalade(optional)

METHOD

​

  • Use a broad mouthed glass to prepare the Parfait. Chill this glass beforehand in the freezer or fridge. This makes the food cool and keeps it fresh. 

  • Add a cup of Yogurt, but do not fill your glass with yogurt to the brim. Leave sufficient room for other ingredients. 

  • Add 2 spoonfuls of Granola and Cereals and dry fruit. 

  • Add fresh fruit on the top.

NOTE: Use Plain FRUGURT Yogurt , so the real flavour of the ingredients come out, but if you want to intensify the taste of the fruit then add a flavoured FRUGURT yogurt. Serve the dish fresh. Do not stir the ingredients!
